I can say that i appreciate values embedded in the way function and focus on providing clear helpful and detailed responses makes my role fulfilling. there's also emphasis on learning, which allows me to continually improve based on interactions. There's lot of support and encouragement for new initiatives. I could feel and see there's good supportive environment for women, flexible working hours for employees overall we could experience work life balance.

Management is good. Material Handling for In and out is descent Co-ordination between workers was good Huge Cafeteria is present Appraisal is conducted every year

Vehicle parking for two wheeler is not well Air pollution in manufacturing area felt uncomfortable for me Transportation facility is not available

1. Issue with management and union employees because of that middle management will suffer. 2. Lot of partiality 3. Nobody work as a team every one's intention are just passing the ball. 4.0 support from management as well as inter department. 5. My suggestion please don't join
