You always need to be ready to work on weekends. There will be 2-3 shifts. No new learnings. No job security. Lack of good leadership. 1-2 years of bond.

Company is for designers who like target based error less work, to handle designing projects with multitasking abilities.

Dislikes

Environment of company could be better. Team leads not support and respect to freshers, rather they not able to give good training to freshers. Team Leads force new joiners to work before deadline in their training period.

There is no job security in this company, and it primarily caters to freshers. Almost every senior employee holds the title of manager, with no clear managerial hierarchy. Moreover, the main management is very toxic, often interfering in employees' personal lives, and even demands photographs as proof if a family member passes away, which is highly insensitive and unprofessional.

No Increment from 2 years,no work satisfaction,If you want better career direct then choose another one,you will not paid for your extra work , Sunday working is normal thing in this company with no extra money , I wasted my 2 years here. Don't expect any respect from owner for your work.Maximum work is non-technical.
