There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot residn on the job training is not given to New joinees

Likes

Civil Freshers who want to indulge themselves into residential "builder" projects and the learn about construction and scheduling it's the best platform to begin with. The whole company's motive revolves around completion of a builder floor (G+4) within 10-12months from foundation to interior work.

Dislikes

1. Poor Work culture - really bad, most of the staff except the upper management ( operations director, project manager , Directors) are uncivilised and use a lot of cussing to each other. 2. Terrible Work Life Balance - no work life balance , you'll be asked to work beyond the working hours and you'll not be paid for that (PS - THEY'LL SAY IT'S RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PROJECT ENGINNER). you'll be called at 8 in the morning and due to so much work pressure you'll end up working 10-12 hours. 3. Poor Coordination between staff and intolerable work quality. Sometimes you'll be cussed by the customers during handover. 4. Base salary are very very low ( 20-30k) , not more than 10℅ increment in 6months. 5. No benefits and rare bonuses. They'll say you'll get incentives when you complete the building but they not provide you the incentives
