Starting with company culture, the company employee will treat you like a senior junior like college days, Mainly the higher officials in treebo RBH - they wont listen your concerns what you are facing in the ground level. They treat you like a shit. Please guys there are more hospitality industries in the market but please dont choose treebo very worst culture.

No worklife balance, They ask you to work even on weekends. Dur to high Hire and Fire policy, they are bound to Promote anyone, even at the age of 25 you'll find senior managers over there, who lack maturity. Pure Unprofessional behaviour.

Tip: if you're looking for a job which gives you salary for your work & that's something which justifies you to be an employee, don't join Treebo. If you're someone who's keen on taking high risks & transform yourself into great business leader, has a mindset of working with ROI (where investment is your valuable time, disciplinary work & return is massive knowledge & learning) Treebo definitely is one such place to get associated.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products. Work environment is great.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

I worked in Treebo and the company culture and managers are good and highly capable also supportive but in faced paced competitive work environment there is a catch that if terms is not good with management then no one will save your job.

Dislikes

There no job security and they are getting lay off without serving notice period with the compensation only. Reason is only we don’t have requirements of more manpower we have more than enough bandwidth. Which is really very sarcastic way of the organisation to lay off the employee. I agree the work and work life balance salary increments and appraisal is good but if the job is not safe then who will get this benefits.
