Managers are extremely toxic.. worst working experience.. All positive ratings are fake.. High work pressure all the time.. Unrealsitic deadlines for clients.. Managers treat jrs like .. They dont care about employee health well being.. continously make you work for 14-15hrs a day , everyday almost 2-3AM and make you work on weekends.. Almost every project is like this.. Thats why employees are leaving this Toxic company.. No hierarchy regarding some departments, no one will give u guidance once u r struck because everyone will be busy with their works.. First let the new employee sink in the project and let him understand the environment and make him comfortable slowly he will understand and able to adapt to the project.. All the manager know is to scream in front of whole team and nake you loose all your confidence such a useless company to work.. They will hire and make you learn new skills and deploy in another project which is irrelevant to your new skills also.. Extremely Toxic.... 0000 Personal life... 0 work life balance

Good exposure for the freshers. They can get a lot to learn and more chances to develop their thinking abilities

Dislikes

No variable pay will be given for the overtime work. Work life balance won't be good for manager positions. Get a good chance to grow for L1 and L2. From L3 the work will get more harder. You won't get tym to learn new things being in a project, but you are expected to do multitasking.
