... Long working hours. 3. No social security like gratuity and provident fund. 4. Low salary. 5. Toxic work culture. 6. They tend to fire teachers on whims and fancies. You will hardly find ten teachers who have working there for five years.

School management is standing with staff and helping the best. Trying to provide salary to an each employer during this pandemic.

You won't find a off day...physically you will be at home by doing school work.

...e balance. 5. Toxic work culture due to unhealthy competition and politics. 6. Ambiguous salary structure. 7. Management is apathetic towards employees. 8. Very very high attrition rate because the work environment is venomous.

No job security, they will tell you to leave the Job anytime without reason, you can see many people leaving the job, and many will leave the job because of politics, no leaves and favouritism,too much partiality, after joining you will just repent every day to go for work etc etc

As it is a school and various activities are conducted on campus in a regular cycle , work gets very hectic at times.
