Top level management is good, they always try to calm to their subordinate and be cool. They organized many fun loving activity and parties time to time to street out

Dislikes

No work life balance, no aprisal and promotion, yes upper management try to be calm environment but the middle and lower management don't fulfill their ambition. Bad senior will poke you every time on group. No HR policy, middle management don't consider any HR policy, they ruled their own.

Company is good. Company policies are good. 5 days work. Not much pressure.

Dislikes

As I said company is good, but the people are not. Especially people in precast department who are in US as well as India don't know how to behave with employees. One Hitler in US always wants to fire everyone in India. People in India support him. One day they will fire everyone and they themselves will sit and do the project. Never ever join to precast department. In other departments they support people and identify their talent, but in this filthy department, they just want to save their chairs, so they fire people who talk against them. I am sure CEO of company is not aware of it.

Pros-Good company to learn Precast design. Less pressure compare to other companies. Pays handsomely. Good work life balance Cons- Similar kinds of project, on design of Precast projects no exposure to other kind of construction My advice: Do not work here for more that 2 years other wise you will get stuck

We have experience with Infosy'sProject, Electronicity PH1 completed with one year and project value is Rs. 500 cores, and also we had it latest experience in precast production and erection with Infosy's project. The TRC Engineers are worked as a representative for Infosy's.

Dislikes

No future, because one project complete other project work must in hand, but here is advance no project in hand. For that reason they will remove employees sending official mail as a Office Closer. For this reason all employees disliked TRc Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
