Good work life balance Cons- Similar kinds of project, on design of Precast projects no exposure to other kind of construction My advice: Do not work here for more that 2 years other wise you will get stuck

As I said company is good, but the people are not. Especially people in precast department who are in US as well as India don't know how to behave with employees. One Hitler in US always wants to fire everyone in India. People in India support him. One day they will fire everyone and they themselves will sit and do the project. Never ever join to precast department. In other departments they support people and identify their talent, but in this filthy department, they just want to save their chairs, so they fire people who talk against them.
