The HR department is terrible. The HR department at this company consistently fails to meet expectations. Just think the policies can’t get worse, they introduce new ones that somehow manage to be even more problematic than the existing ones.

... new policies that further hinder the work environment rather than improving it. Additionally, the company forces employees to work late nights to meet unfeasible deadlines, with no compensation for the extra hours. I personally have had weeks where I work more than 18 hours a day, everyday. The work culture here is incredibly unhealthy.

It’s good to work here as since lockdown happened we are at our home but company is providing our salary after deduction of some percent of salary. As I’m in audit department and mostly client’s offices are closed, therefore unable to do audit and sitting idle so after 3 months now company is deciding to provide salary only those people who are working for any perticular assignment and employee who do not have any assigned work they will not get their salary.

As each and every company’s have at least one or more people who work only for politics, so I must say that yes we have also few people like this but that doesn’t matter if you’re not involving yourself in this.

On first 2 months they were seemed to be supportive, they were giving us the salary on deduction of some % basis but after that they just stop giving salary to those who were totally dependent on their clients.....

Nothing to like about this firm. They are just lala firm. I was working with indirect tax team. They torture employees. It may varies from team to team. But in indirect tax one guy and his wife have all the hand. His wife( who actually knows nothing in tax or GST law. If she is hired by any other firm, she will be not be considered as fresher also. She has no manners or etiquette how to even talk. Leave subject expertise) is there because of husband who is the one and only partner in indirect tax here. And I don't know how a guy who deserves being senior associate or manager is partner in this firm So it is andhon mein kana Raja types thing. Anyway, it is suggested that any respectable person or someone especially from having worked in a Big4, don't join this place.
