Besides getting a timely salary, we get good appreciation from higher management. Since there is work pressure, there is a collaborative work culture here. Moreover, the work-life balance is best in TRB.

Salary on time,too courses for learning like a school for students,compsation good, office culture good ,no poltics with employees in corporate office,cl and pl everything okay.

Value of civil engineer zero,non technical staff ask report from Civil Engineer, Fourman and supervisors are GM on the site and civil engineer does work like labour. Basic facilities not provided to employees. Main business in the Afrecian countries of the company but employees situation like a labour. If you are sick you could not get immediately treatment and if you would be cry that I am dying then you can approach to management. I mostly relize no value of human but you can get salary on time . that's all.
