The organization provides several opportunities for us, and we get regular training. I work as a senior administrative assistant and got to learn a lot about the manufacturing process. Our upper management supports my abilities to take the initiative. Our complaints are heard by the HR department, which responds right away to provide a stimulating work atmosphere. Till now, the experience has been good.
