1) Worst and arrogant management 2) Owners and COO display a troubling level of arrogance and fail to respect employees, particularly those from the Tamil community, as they favor people from the Marwari community. Employees from other communities are treated unfairly, almost as if they are beneath the company's standards. 3) Employees who leave the company after fulfilling their notice period and properly handing over their duties are not paid their full salary. This reflects poor ethics and disrespect towards those who have given their time to the company. 4) The management exploits its employees by paying unreasonable salaries while demanding the workload of multiple people from each employee. This practice feels like employee exploitation, as they are forced to perform the work of three or four people without proper compensation. 5) The management fails to keep promises or provide commitments in writing. Any verbal assurances given are easily denied later, leaving employees stranded without proof of the commitments made to them. I would rate this company negatively if I could, but I am forced to give it a 1-star rating as it is mandatory.

It was very productive period in Travlllr, Travllr is a good platform for learning.

I still like to work at Travllr, but due to covid-19, the company decided that they don't have other option than stop us from working at Travllr.

Working environment is very friendly and they respect their candidates and their opinions, it’s really a great opportunity to work in this company and build your career. Looking forward to work with this company again.
