...any decision. 2. You can not go outside of the office. 3. No smoking allowed. 4. If you are in sales you salary going to hold until the founder want. 5. The salary cycle is 20th to 20th, means if you join on 1 Dec then you will get the salary of 1 Dec - 20Dec and the salary will credited after 10th depending upon the founder mind. 6. There is no separate place to eat food. 7. If you comes after 10:15, three says continuously you. It consider half day. 8. Once you come to the office there is no fix time when will you go, because you have to ask the founder to let you go - everyday. Probably you will ask (Permission is Mandatory) founder to leave around 7:30, then he told you to wait he will conduct the meeting afterward you will be free at 8:30 or 9PM. 9. When you join you will get a laptop (Old one) to work and you have to leave that in the office, you will get a SIM for calls. 10. You have to recharge the SIM by your own money and there is no possibility when will you get the recharge money as well. 11. They did not give you the offer later. They will tell you that we will send you to you address. 12. You have to come on Sunday as well. One thing which is good about TraviYo is the team collaboration. The employee work here comes from low background(Down to Earth) not that much professionals but they will show you the full confident, but it's fake. I LEFT THIS JOB WHEN I FOUND THE ABOVE DETAILS. I HOPE YOU WILL MAKE A GOOD DECISION.

If you are looking for Professional Job, then this is not the place you should work.

...s not on the basic of skill, they hire on the basic of the candidate compulsion. because they know that they don't question but they work, like a slave on the minimum salary. - As a UI developer they have a repetitive task, there is a prebuilt website we have to do the minimal changes on that templet as per need. -Laptop they provide to work don't work properly. they provide the laptop are outdated. there will always be a problem that mouse in not working, keyboard not working battery issue like that - In last 10 days of every month they put every person in sales and said to call on the sheet, and maximum time we have to call by our personal number. - The washroom was not clear, sometime male and female employee have to go in the single washroom. Drinking water is also not clear. -Bad infrastructure fan light ac they dont work properly. - They ask to come to office before 10:15 am but employees who work they leave at 8 pm, as I said earlier, they don't have that much qualification or having in fear the anywhere else i got the job or not. because of that they don't question. they fear to leave the office at time. maximum time the work gets over at 7 pm or 7:20 pm. after that they also don't leave because they have the fear of the Lala company owner. in the evening, he opens the door of his cabin to see who are leaving the office on time. - No proper leave policy. there is no work life balance there is only work and work. - They only give the break of 30 min. they don't allow to go outside of the office. There is a small place where everyone has to eat their lunch over the table are so dirty, we have to stand there and eat. they treat you are slave not the corporate employee. Not much place to stand properly there. - Hr they are nothing they are only volunteer they have only one task, to guide the candidate who are coming to give interview how to come which is nearest metro station like that. nothing more than that. - They say that there is hr policy. But in reality, there is no policy everything depends on owner he takes the decision. - They also call on Sunday to office. - The way the owner talk is totally unprofessional. They way he talks is like a contractor talk to his people while making a building. - At the leaving time t 7:00 pm he always schedules a meeting or provide any sheets to work over that. - When you work there you don't feel like you are working in the IT sectors. it like you are at Laboure-chowk. - The people who are working there most of them are like chamchas. They stay there after the end of office hour to impress Lalaji(Owner). - At last, I end with a joke that made by the owner that I will make a Million-dollar company, I will come with an ipo. First learn how to talk how to treat with employee how to spread positiveness in the office then think to make a company successful. - In meeting he always shares the false story that made by him before coming to office. I had work here I had done this; I had left this much LPA jobs these are totally false story made by him. - Salary depend upon your behavior how much camchagari you do. there should always be the fear that if i left the office on time at 7:00pm then they will provide the salary on time or not or they cut the salary. - At last, this is not the job you are searching for. don't join the company you will regret due to the prison like feel toxic environment. there is (no growth in your skills, not as the employee in the company). - He says openly that the employees are just a number for me nothing more than that. (ek jayega doosra aa jayega) I don't care about anyone.

Salary hold for how many days don't know Offer letter will be on hold You will be on hold after working hours Worst place to work office condition worst No proper toilets No water ( you have spend your money for water) And this guy want to make 1 billion dollars company Learn how to speak first.
