The people and culture here is phenominal no doubt about it. They make you gel with them and give you time to adapt and everything is flexible and management is there for your rescue when required. Note - Project switch/team switch they say is very convenient but I haven't asked till so no comment on that part.(Hopefully that also seemless) All in all good company focuses on people even the top management is really approachable. Other Benefits- Joining Bonus , work setup , insurance.

Salary and work benefits is quite less.

Peer to peer learning is the best thing here. Flexible working hours. Good food in parties and good natured colleagues.

Dislikes

Increment % is on lower side. No transparency on promotions and hikes. Only one or two people have ego issues in the company but you will get to know how to deal with them.

Poor recruitment process Naiyra needs to be responsible and responsive , ghosting away doesnt leave a great impression Marketing Head also has poor ethics, he took away the web audit reports for free , lauded it and gave a baseless argument that you are fir for " growth " and not for " CRO" , I mean if they have to reject say it why were they taking audit reports as assignment from the candidate for free

1. Insubordinate team members 2. Highly toxic culture due to unprofessional attitude of long term employees. 3. Not open to feedback for improvement. 4. Top down management is weak and direction less. 5. Blockages in communication.
