The overall experience at Travelite had been great. Would not have asked for more. Work culture, management, company policies, everything worked best for me till the time was part of the organization.

...member a thing that would make me say that I dislike about working at Travelite. Team mates, management, salary, work culture, it all worked very well for me. Just that the COVID situation was the cause that led to not being part of Travelite anymore.

This is an inbound DMC and there are thousands of learning opportunities. Managers are nice and smart will help and guide you. If you are an fresher looking a place to learn so you must join them. Owners are super cool however they don't really know anything about their employees as they deal with higher management only and don't have any idea who is really working hard for their company. Shifts are good and they will support you as well for any leaves Office is not that good but a nice place with all facilities Appraisal are good depending on your performance and reviews of your managers. Amrita Arora and Naveen Gulati - they are already gone but they were superb and you will never find such good owners anywhere.

Owners should actually find out who is working as they stay in touch with VP or Managers only sometimes i have seen actual juniors who were working hard didn't get what they deserve because of office politics Management should really look after their employees because employee are your assets They could have done it better during the covid period
