... want to harass you they will call you in a constant shift with more workload. - bonus is of name sake. 75000 bonus but we get hardly 25k out of that. Coz our management has created their own KPI's like Unplanned leave, planned leaves, any escalations and they will start deducting your bonus. - worst and pathetic team management - even 3 leads cannot manage a team of 27 analyst - hardware and software are not updated - lack of coordination between leads - no action against their favorites. - they will start harrassing you if you escalate about their favorites. - own policies defined for project. - carelessness while making roaster, forget your holidays. Work on PH. no matter whatever caste you belong. - you have to pick up their calls during week off if not they will send you an email . - no technical staff around . - no talent recognisation . - 9 analyst have resigned in past 3 months . -

Hardworking and dedicated guys are not rewarded.Only boss favourites employees gets benefited here. No equal opportunities. If you want good growth you need to be your boss favourite

Compensation and benefits are only thing here which can make you stay otherwise you will leave this job on the spot. Very bad management even if you talk to HR for your manager favouritism attitude they will note it down till your next meeting but won't action on it. If you can be a dog for your manager then you can join this company. Company is really good but due to bad management it's not good now.

Politics is bad especially Management team , sometimes we get lot of work but most of the times work is absolutely minimal , Managers donot value members efforts
