Only that they provid cab for all there employees and they take care women security first. This is the best part of Travel Unravel that they take care of women security first. People of this organisation they also respect women first.

You don't have job security. As a fresher they will give you good salary package but at the time of annual appraisal they will give you only 3k hike suppose as a fresher you are getting 32k and after one year your salary will be 35k and after that you'll get 3-4k increment Evey year 😂😂. No wokr satisfaction, not job security, no growth, no skills development, no physical activity for relaxing mind. Money oriented company. There goal is making money. Baki it's lala company.

I was working here as a consultant m just bcoz one stupid guy lucky who runs the show for US process..thinks that he owns the organisation. My daughter was unwell and all reports were shown to him and explained him the reason of my leaves. The only crime which I committed vus I took my wo'scafter that and another stupid person Mohit Garg cald me and told me that I don't need to continue. I said I will come tomorrow. He said no u don't need to come. I explained everything to HR Manisha and even she realised everything but she felt helpless. I even sent an email to Shafaq but he did not respond. The gud human Nigel was not present bcoz of medical reasons. Stupid human beings lucky and max they ate my job. worst part is that such a big company is not even ready to credit my Incentives. Never join this organisation. I will try my level best to get my money from them.

Team mates were good.. No training facilities.. Only buddy up.. Appraisal is average.. They parties sometimes.. Politics do exist.. Learning is not up to the mark since not an Iata company.. work environment is good.. innovation is a good part of them.. wok life balance may get misbalanced coz of heavy work pressure.. Overall good place to work..

No learning only pressure that too for nothing, I mean I get it that sales jobs are profit and target oriented, however if the resources are not upto the mark how can a person deliver results.

It's a nice company to work with, you do not get 100% satisfaction anywhere you work, management is really good including managers, VP, directors you would not realize the time you spend as it feels like a family. They will always support you.
