I don’t understand what’s the company policy ? When employee Need help for the company then company remove so why employee do the job seriously each and every day and who will be responsible for the employee family who’s handle the entire employee family ? Management only hungry or save for money in this period that’s why they removed the employees , if any employee doing good job even management also not supported or appreciated because of every credit goes to senior person but they dont understand who’s the best ? No one is knowledge for sales , talking tone and humanity because they have removed me in month of June 2020 because of the covid situation only and still they have not clear my last yearly bonus which is pending .

Dislikes

Each and every management are fake in this period , no ones are supporting for employee. now I realise and understand after 7 years management and every senior person hungry for only money they don’t want to thinks about the employee and employee family , in this period management decided to remove for most of the floor merchandiser and even they do not paid the salary also so how employee manage or help for the family in this period for money , I know this period is very difficult for each and every one but who’s the responsible ( management , senior authority , employee or there family ? ) I understand only one thing if I support the any people then he will be supporting me in future but currently as per the management decided most of the travel blue employee remove or left the job , Travel blue company not help or supporting for the employee only for 3 to 4 months they want only for save money that’s why they decided to remove the merchandisers and staffs in this period .

I liked being working with travel blue was the team work the team was always ready to help each other at workplace.

Dislikes

I believe in continuous learning if I am learning I am growing. But unfortunately in my last organisation I was doing the routine job for the last 2 years that's why I am looking for a change
