Nothing I like about this company.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture . Never Gives Salary on Time. Sometimes ,they even didn't give the salary for 2-4 months ,always making financial crisis excuses. No work life balance. . Never contribute to PF account. No help from seniors. No flexible timings. Always strict timings nd sometimes its overtime work and they even did not care about it. Never Ever go to this company whether you are a fresher or experienced.

...ere. They will never pay you on time and sometimes two months delay in salaries. And when you ask for salary they will just fire you. No skill development. They just ask you to work on 10 year old things and after working here you will not be able to switch or work anywhere. You can just connect with ex employees on LinkedIn and ask for the reason why they have left. Most of them left just because company was asking them to work for free.

Dislikes

They demands you to sit 8 hours for work and continuously do the tasks without taking breaks. If you take breaks the most senior person stares at you. Believe me it is a jail. If you're a fresher or one or two years of experienced candidate then they have the powers to destroy your career. Please consider this review and just donot join otherwise you will regret just after two or three months of joining. Mark my words.

Salary issue they did not provide salary for 3-4 month it still pending and there is no any appraisal nor any management who listen your problem and also they did not credit pf also,

Work is good and one will get exposure to new opportunities. Flexible to choose new tools and technology and it's encouraged by senior management.

Some management level issues and issues related to salary and appraisal.

Likes

You will get salary on time, seniors are supportive. You will get medical insurance.

Dislikes

Small size of teams will put more work pressure on you most of the time. In some projects you will enjoy the timings and work and in some projects your work-life balance will become hell. I am working in hell category as of now. No annual bonus or appreciation.
