Every company has some or the other problem..like wise Tranter has its own. If you are a beginer in your carrier say like with 2-3 years of exp then tranter is a good company to learn things. If exp more then 4 years plz avoid this co. Tranter is a product based co but the product is monopoly in nature and low sales growth.. So consider well before jumping here folks.

Its slave company of big group co. There is hardly anything to like about.

The job security is terrible, one fine morning you will come to know that you do not have job, Its a culture in this company to offer pink slips without any reasons, Hence think twice before joining.I think all the senior sales guys have been asked to leave recently.
