Ontime salary. People are good.

Dislikes

Everything except ontime salary and behaviour of collagues. They keep less staff in operation. Huge work load is there. Local management is just good for nothing.. Delhi Office control kolkata and they cannot understand the local problems And never seen any solution given. Dont join operation department. Try customer service or documentation and enjoy. No one will listen to you. You will return home late hours after completing all the work and you have to join on time if failled your manager will take your class. Increment happens flat not based on performance and if you are good performing employee than you have to suffer. They treat same to the donkey and horse. Moral is try to avoid joining ops dept.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
