I initially faced an issue due to unprofessional behavior of the HR ( Nishikant Mishra) , which was disappointing. However, I truly appreciate how the senior management ( Special thanks to Mr Ajit) stepped in and , listen to our concerns and took the swift action to resolve the matter. Their professionalism and commitment to fair treatment made a huge difference. While our initial experience wasn't great , the way the leadership handled the situation reflects the company's dedication to improvement and employee relations. Kudos to the management for their support and my special thanks to Mr Ajit Kadambande for all the support.

I like my working area because, their was Great degree of control and freedom with in my job, My boss trust on me to produce high quality Work and Results.

Thinking of workers at my working place were not to aggressive, hence quality and quantity of production suffering.

I joint here as a shift Incharge, management support me to make changes, in process, reduceing man power manual works, skill development of workers, company is good for workers and perks.

Because of workers Union, plant was suffering from good quality and quantity of works, hence products suffers.

IT IS A BEAT COMPANY IN MY TOTAL EXPERIENCE. DURING COVID 19 RHEY TOOK GOOD DECISION REGARDING EMPLOYEE. EVERYONE SHOULD STAY HOME. ONE OF THE BEST SENSTENCE HE SAID THAT, THIS YEAR WE ARE NOT LOOKING FORWORD FOR PROFIT. WE WON THE LIFE IS THE PROFIT OF THE COMPANY.
