Flexibility, Managers are good and understanding.

Dislikes

Low Salary, zero work life balance, Long working hours along with 6 days working, Conversion from intern to permanant employee after good performance also is next to impossible.

People are very formal and professional in their behaviour.

...an't learn anything as they provide the same work everyday with rigid rules. 3. Less Pay and More Work Policy which is totally unfair. 4. No respect of the employee's situations. 5. They just want their work done as per their choice.

Earlier environment was better good , all the manager were friendly and helpful, just 1 week before i was leaving cause my internship was about to end, all the manager were layoff cause of company was going through the loss. i dont know about now 2025, but really it help me in building confident.

Dislikes

The thing i dont like is low stipend, and 6 days work, while the work load depends on oncoming assignments, which may be less or more than expect, but working 6 days in week for 8 hours really makes tired and also with less stipend.

The company expects smart individuals to grow amd work harder but only praises the one with no talent and yes-man types.

Dislikes

Culture can be improved if the upper executives behave like mature individuals/professionals and credit should be given where it is due rather than nepotism and favouritism.

Nothing as such, there is no job security (they will make you leave whenever they want). They do give appraisal on paper but it is never going to be credited in your account ( this is what made me leave the job). Office politics is very bad every one is playing their own game, my reporting was to the director itself and he too a mastermind in playing office politics. Work environment is very bad, just imagine they have around 100+ employees and they have a cafeteria which can have a maximum of 7 people?

Dislikes

I resigned on 9th of July out of frustration. My incentive amount was pending from past 5 months and what's funny is they have mentioned in the salary slip but it was never credited, just image how big fraudsters they are.
