There is nothing good about Transteel. one of the worst companies to work. there is no proper work environment(office) to work. you should work in Metal sheet roof Shed(office), somehow car garage is better than this office.in summer there will be heavy heat in this Metal sheet roof Shed(office), you can't be able to sit and work in this Shed(office). they will not take care for employees. if they didn't like you, they will terminate you without any notice.

... up to 10 PM (late nights). somehow roadside companies are far better than this. salary you will get in between 13th to 20th of every month.

The only thing I like about my ex company is the colleague's that I met. Apart from that I had a very horrible and traumatizing experience here.

... opportunities to can go for. EOD mental health matters. And I'll leave it here. I received my FNF after my 5 months of exit and salary was delayed multiple times.

...ent is transparent. Company policies are fair depending on situation & industry. Appraisals are purely based on performance & they give decent salary hike and bonus every year.

So many wrong hirings for almost all the top designations such as managers and project related heads. These things are directly affecting the brand name and every employees performance.

The company had adopted technology in very short time to move into B2C segment through e commerce .

Dislikes

The company is a family owned business and managed by husband and wife . They decide everything and not at all professional. Managers have no decision making authority. There is not a single person in sales in entire organization who is more than 1 year old as they remove them with slightest excuse. The company is heavily into debt and salaries come very late - by end of month .There is no HR. Only people who dont have any jobs shd join this organizatioon.
