Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Best Place to Work, Learn, Balanced Life, Freedom of trying if Fail also & Learn in the Process to Succeed. Best Boss to work with. Had a Life full of experience. Most of the colleagues are Jovial, friendly, Shares great rapport be it Professional or Personal. If someone has a best attitude & if only Basic Knowledge also i will always refer to this organisation.
