This Company has no ethics to the employee. There is no job security Of employees. They can terminate you any time with 7 days notice. They have terminated big no of employee recently. They give no support to employee. Management and HR both is worst in this organisation. They have no policy. Coo and project heads behaviour like mahammad binTughlaq. They will order managers and engineers all unethical act. If you will show your different opinion, you will be terminated or they make your life measurable for resignation.

Delay of salary more than 3 months here. Management of the company is worst. They don't have policy for employees. Your career will depends upon the mood of coo and Project head. If you do not left right with there words and practice corruption as they will tell to give commission to them from vendors even from your salary, they will fired you. You have to work from 8:00a.m to 8:00pm even some time 10:00pm. They will not give payment to vendor and will not support you . Result, if you are manager you will humiliate daily by vendors but management will not support you.

Few helpful people from HR who are trying best to get the candidates but middle management harassment makes difficult to stay in company Free Bus facility is available from thane, Borilvali, and Panvel, Top management (MD, EC, CFO and HR head are very good) they are always accessible , humble and knowledgeable people, if you have direct reporting to them, then definitely worth to work and can enjoy and grow. All Saturday off

...lways noise happen, which will disturb you if are not coming from similar place. Admin is third class just they know how to please top brass, Salary comes late 7th of next month No canteen facility Notice period is 3 month, probation 6 months, there is no fair systems of appraisals -performance review etc. Appraisal gets delayed happen yearly but by end of August and September, variable also gets credited in part/installment goes till October- November, including salary arrears. Avoid working in HO as overall culture is very bad, if you are coming from big companies/MNCs, Full & Final settlement gets delayed, takes 3-4 months, if you are leaving and they put on hold salary of all the months once they get notification about your resignation, so takes care while resigning.
