I worked for TSI Overall 2years 7-months I was Badly Treated by Opps Manager John Varun Christopher & Did get Enough of Support from Hr Dharaneesh My Lead Was Syed Muinuddin Who Misbehaved with me Tried their Level Best Reach out Management Hierarchy to Create my Bad Image Infact Syed Muinuiddin had no process Knowledge & he was new lead who joined after we were already part of the company when i Reached out to Hr Dharaneesh he did not Address My Concern or i was not Guided for My Growth In TSI My Employee Id - A27569 i was working for SSP New Process Also When i decided to Leave they made me difficult they did not let me to serve my Notice Period Infact I Did not Received Any Full & Final Settlement Even my Last Month Salary was Not Credited this is worst Experience i had Management is Worst In Bangalore TSI Which is located at Bellandur Ecospace Management or Hr Never Give Importance to Understand Concern of Associate or here Associate this what i Received While Leaving the Company in the End i was Very Upset After Serving for 2years 7month they Treated me like this Infact They Forced me to Quit Company Unnecessarily Putting False Allegation's & Escalating Operation Manager John Or Hr Dharaneesh or Sagar Manager they are not fit to be as Part Of Management i Would Say I hope through this Feedback Atleast TSI Is going Address this Personally So like me no Innocent Associates are Treated in This way also kindly help me with Full & Final Settlement who has Received On The Behalf of me i do no i haven't Received I did not Received any Required Benefit which was Part of me This Worst Experience i had I was Never Appreciated for part of my work or Encouraged I would never Suggest this Company for any of my Friends Therefore Management is not good they are only Managing as per their Convenience they are just worried about their benefits their job security

MANAGEMENT IS WORST HR IS WORST THERE IS NO ENOUGH OF SUPPORT I RECEIVED FROM HR WORST COMPANY MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE THEY DID NOT GIVCE FULL & FINAL SETTLEMENT AFTER SERVICING FOR 2YEARS 7MONTHS INFACT THEY FORCED ME TO QUIT IMMEDIATELY

They gave the opportunity to wfh but they are taking advantage of wfh. We start working from 5:30 pm till 5:30 am. In this pendamic situation were they should support the employees instead of terminating.

Thanks for giving the opportunity to speak but here management is very bad. Employees are bound to work more than 9 hours. Sometimes we work for 12 hours everyday.
