...s good, management has open door policy but is diplomatic for its old employees. Company policies are employee friendly except for bonus policy. Not much learning after a certain point.

Dislikes

Too frequent revision in employee policies, ad-hoc projects/work which sometimes lead to wastage of time and no final conclusions made out of new projects.

Likes

They give opportunity to freshers and people at analyst level are good.

Dislikes

Uncertainty about what they want to do, blaming people for management failure, they don't want experience people and after 3-5 years of experience they will ask you to leave. Senior people are just dumb, no knowledge of finance.

Work culture was awsm, TL and Managers were verry supportive, Company provide 3 months of training after joining thats the most lucrative thing. Company provide employees work flexibility

Monotonous work on financial models

As a fresher I was given excellent training, team leader and colleague are very supportive. Good working environment. Confirmation is done within 3 month of joining which is best part of this organisation

Dislikes

No fixed Timing of leaving office in evening as we use to work for extra half and hour or for max 1 hour

My experience at Transparent Value was quite good. Not in just my team but the entire population of employees had sense of cooperation and mutual support. Fair amount of training. Forget about politics. Superb work environment. Favorable work life balance.

Nothing very specific to dislike.
