First they call you then you gave interview, after sometime they told you you are selected, then later on ask for your documents, and at the final stage they told you that they no longer need any employee for the post they will hire some freelancer..are you serious.....such a horrible experience.

If you get a good client..you will upskill a lot and the company won't bother you much

Transorg itself does not provide any upskilling courses but will keep pressuring you to keep up to latest trends. There is no company policy, whatever client says they just agree to it.

The best work culture. Leadership team is so considerate about the personal life. Managers give you full autonomy to complete your work. The past scale is very good as per the industry standards. TransOrg has many big clients on retainer basis and the list is growing. Also works on many trending data science and AI use cases.

Dislikes

Only con is the talent acquisition team which is not up to the mark to expand the team size.
