No job security, working culture is good but lots of associations and unions are there. Company policies are good but not applicable for contract/outsourcing employees, management is good

Not paying equal pay for equal work. Not encouragement for talented and qualified persons

Its a perfect oppertunity for those who are searching for consistency job and the work was also not stressful. In simple it's a 9 to 6 job.

...employees, There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. There is no growth in salary and career, no matter how hard you worked. And the work is also is not challanging at all.

...sy.SAP (FICO) is followed.Manual is given and seperate team for guidance in sap.Invoicing and payments through SAP.Every district has a circle office and zonal office for four districts.contract staff is present in every section of work.officers to review and manage.

My name is Jyotsna i am joined in APtransco in 2015, nice place and good team members, full of work in Accounts,basically it is a head of the department of Current office(Government),salary low & work pressure is high,we can learn more here example preparing salary,impresits,Ta-bills,covering Letters,preparing cheques,GST,file maintaing etc.Office is very near to my home,there is no politics here because we dont have time to talk about others,in our office learning is more important monthly changes are involved actually what ever government passed to use we have to do,if they implement new technology they provide training. I have learn lot of work from APtransco.

There is nothing to say dislike about APtransco,but one thing we are under the control of Government officers contract workers we well do more work here less salary.
