It a unique company in the sense that there are quite a lot of challenges on ground that you won't see in this world. These unexpected challenges force one to devise tailor made solution to be ahead of them

Dislikes

Career growth limited as compared to other multi-national I have been working before. However, for some 3 more years it would be interesting to be around after then a job moved is required before it become monotonous.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
