Very poor company and poor work culture. No fix pay day No expenses reimbursement on time. No fix policies from management. Totally unhealthy and bad environment. No incentives given even after target achievement. No annual growth. Monthly target no annual target.

It is not actually a clinical research organization. Company is basically a sales and marketing oriented. Clinical department is just a burden of the company and people in clinical treated like this only.

...o lift in office, no separate washrooms. Its an old house converted into office. Worst HR, no benefits except salary. Office building is not following any labour law compliances.They people force you to do activities which is not ethical. All good comments are either fake or submitted by HR. So think thrice before joining.

I have been part of the organisation for 8 years now and the organisation has grown from strength to strength in that period due to its strong work culture and team work. The leadership is always accessible for not only work queries but also take great interest personally in growth both professional and personal. The organisation provides great opportunity to learn newer things and constantly challenge urself
