i just joined the transit electric company, my experience is very good, working  environment is extremely positive, CRM platform is very good for dpr. the weekly training program is effective and valuable to participants, HR activity and event involves being specific, constructive, and actionable, this indicates that the company's efforts to support and develop its employees are yielding positive results.

They Just hire employee with no idea that where to use them No job security if one is not performing then at least ask him talk to him at least tell him that here you are weak or this is what the problem with you they just hired & dropped without any reason...
