Safety of Camp security rules. On time pay salary. Providing on time Uniform. Cleaning department working nice.

I dislike there is no permanent day off scheduled. HR office visiting system. Accomodation room living policy terms and conditions. Department managment are not well active.

This company is not good for employees. There are too many persons who are thinking about how to deduct the salary. If you are working 30 days for this company this company will give you 13 aed on your 27 day for 12 hours duty. There is no off after a week some time this company will force you for work in whole month there will be no day off.this company will give you duty roster after that it will be change three time in a month. If there is your next day off your supervisor or team leader will come to you and he will say to you tomorrow is your off cancelled if you take your roster off they will mark absent. No any one is there to listen to you. This company forcefully taking work from their employees. Also if you are working at Dubai airport or Cargo village this company will eat your Ek allowance 250 aed per month. This company is doing exploitation their workers. You can't take your personal phone when you are going to duty 14 hours you have to spend without your phone.if something miss happening in your home you can check it after 14 hours because 12 hours is your duty 2 hours will take by bus your work area to accomodation. 1 hours in morning and 1 hours in evening. There are so many things to describe but it will be become a book.

This company doing exploitation of their employees. Who are working as a security no anyone is there to listen them. This company is blood suckers for their employees.

I like Rules and regulations..also salary on proper time..

Everything is good but hr office guys are not working properly..hr management is not good.whenever we go to hr ..they don't help properly.. one more thing who's is very important..as per (u a e) low we get 4 day off in a month..but in transguard no proper day off.

First why we working for it's money transguard provide salary time to time . In management Pakistani managers and supervisor not helping who is skilled to promote they just promote there own country people even they dose not know meaning about skilled. Thanks

no promotions at all,,,..... I am working here from 2017 and still a security guard when I ask Ahsan coordinator to nomine my name for Cctv he gave me some redicules excuses and make his brother Nasir supervisor without any hesitation.... see the situation of tg my Air ticke TG didn't give me more then a one ticket in 6 years can you imagine,, it's happened with me..
