I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

It is very bad culture, giving 10000 thousand and told me to after 6 months giving 15000 thousand but they only hike 2000 rupees......

Dislikes

Saturday also working but giving only 10k.....very small company and senior are not there that's why every work pressure given to you...

My experience at TransGene IT Solutions was a learning phase where I gained basic knowledge about building applications. I faced some challenges, but I learned the fundamentals of Java, MySql JavaScript and backend development. This experience helped me understand the basics and prepared me for more advanced projects in the future.

Dislikes

At TransGene IT Solutions, I faced some challenges due to a lack of proper management, structured training, and leadership. There were no clear rules or guidance, which made learning difficult. Additionally, the salary was quite low, especially in the initial months. Despite these challenges, I focused on self-learning and gained foundational knowledge in backend development.
