Contract Off role jobs are unsecured and work culture is good and management was nice, company policies are good,their is growth but contract basis employees are very worried about their Annual income was very low. Why means they are on contract basis compare to On role employees.

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
