There is nothing to like about, they do use and throw and doesn't treat the employee well. They don't have humanity.

Dislikes

The manager use cheap words like. Donkey, junk ppl etc. They also say like instead of having a team like this better if you ppl opt out, I would be happy to say in front of customer that I don't have resources. They bring down your morality. They expect you to work every weekend without saying.

Please think a hundred times before joining TIDC. This is family run business with all leaders are relatives and close friends to MD. director, head of department IT quality are all left the company 6 months back. There is no leader and future plan left. It is a small shop being run
