Increment after 3 years. And after that next intervals of 2-3 years. Rishi Todi ji don't release last month salary after completing satisfactory notice period. Immature director.

There is no rules and regulations in the company, it may change over night .come early and sit late night without any work/reason. Work as long as hard as possible for peanut.

As per company policy increment after 3 years only. No bonus, no appreciation. Many staff completed notice period satisfactory still waiting for last month salary. (I am waiting since last 3 years)

...e many new initiatives taken by the company for employees. Amazing work culture. Salaries are always paid on time.

Didn't received salary after resignation. Since last year. In this pendamic also they didn't release my salary and bonus. Worked late night till last date ,handed over as per company policy buy still waiting for my hardest working salary. May God punish them.

Company doesn't have salary annexure slab, They never gives you leave in cash ment, you don't except you will get FNF, Like bonus pf etc. Company doesn't have tools like ERP, SFDC, SAP except tally everything you need to be mentioned on excel or folder. Every manager reports, files are different Every department has their own inventory report for same project. Don't except whatever deduction deducted you will received it, once you left from their forget your money no one will entertain you. First company does not have HR and HRD policies. everyday reports and decesion can be changes like waves. Company have fully control to hold your salary in case they feel. If you will join you will get offer only 1-2 pages, then too after fortnight or one two months on ur request, no confirmation letter Saturday are not off....fully work Load.
