The management is always unwilling to pay the money they said while recruiting. The circuitous process of recruitment is too confusing. There is no F&F as they can expel anytime at their will. Managers smoke freely all around the premises.

there is nothing to like in transcommmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....no job security any time they kick out the employees from the company..nd specially in trnscom there is some fake peoples like one manager @praveen and the 2nd worst person of the company is kartik these two peoples are waste material of transcom....company is good much these two people are cheapp

I need to give negative stars for all of the transcom and their client PhonePe as well. The director has no sense where the process is going and what's the future of the employment in process. First they hired 14 ppl then shifted 8 ppl without any prior notice to a different process.. Such terrible management

The whole company is disaster. Once you leave the company they don't provide you with any documents or any letter easily.. you have taken follow up each day. The HR team is pathetic as well as the top management in pune.

They are lying about salary first.. also there is no support for work, also we can Say that no work and life balance. Behaviour issue with all supervisor, they don't know how to talk with there employees. If I talk about facilities of company they fail to provide pure water.

This is a fu**ed up place being run by awfully incompetent people. You should not expect any hygiene in food or the office here. Be ready for a micromanagement where everyone is up your behind every second of you being here. My advice? Never join Transcom.
