Nothing they behaves employees like beast and didnt pay as per expectations

The directors are uneducated class 10passed.did not give employees travel expence, overtime, no pf, not mediclaim, no salary slip, no documents of prove that someone is a employee of that company, they provides rs. 4000/ to freshers and max 8000/ to experienced, they dnt knw hw to behave with employees, simple 8pass employee to B.E, B. Tech all given the same job, even they uses their employees as their personal works too, and thats why left the job after 3 years. Please donot send any candidate to this company
