Ontime salary but rest everything is bad. I will not recommned for joining TBM due to third class culture and subordinate employee treatment by Head of the department. HR show their real colour after joining. Before joining they will talk very nice with you.

Employees in finance resign within 1-2 months of joining due to mismanagement by CFO who is culturally backward.

Dislikes

Do not recommend joining Finance Department. No one will allow you to perform. There are always openings in Finance due to very high level of attrition.
