...s not have any work culture nor does it follow any systems that it can boast of. The management has lost faith of employee(s) and people work only because they get paid on time. No structure for training new joinee(s). No clarity on work allocation. Nobody, even Vice-President, want to take any sort of responsibilities for taking decisions. A company without any Audit System is more appalling. Pathetic exit policies. HR is trained to talk sweet before joining and they do not even bother to respond post seperation of employee.

Good salary growth if you have very good relations with others.

Too much politics people are not trustworthy.... backstabbing is normal , you can face groupism if you raise your voice against any old employ, older emplyes will feel jealous if you are doing well, they will try each and every possible thing to get you down...

Ontime salary but rest everything is bad. I will not recommned for joining TBM due to third class culture and subordinate employee treatment by Head of the department. HR show their real colour after joining. Before joining they will talk very nice with you.

Please do not join this company. Be prepared for exit within 1-2 weeks of joining.

Senior management employees who are in comfort zone harass new joinees and their own team mates. New joinees are made to leave the company in few days. HR and department head form cartel to back stab new joinee.

New joinees please do thorough background and culture check of TBM before joining. Incase not having job then one can join for salary but if career move then your career is finished.
