To be honest, I didn't like anything with this entity/firm. No career growth, not much appraisal, Travel policy is hectic. Being SAP Silver partner, this organization is utter waste.

Dislikes

There's NO Job guarantee in this company, it's a Management Consulting hence there's NO career development. There isn't any units functioning such as HR, FINANCE, RECRUITMENT team for the internal employees. Very Less Projects. Company is located in Bangalore but office space is too small, most of the consultants are working at Client Locations in different states.
