New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Dislikes

Don't like the HR policy, it is different for different departments for same position of level. Even the HR staff is partial about the nationality for giving the benifits. Not all HR staff due to few HR people.

Company is good, but based the department manager the way how they treat their Subordinate is different. As per my opinion, in my department, because of internal politics and blaming culture , i was not satisfied, other than that every thing was good
