very less salary, duty timing 11 hrs, raugh behaviour with employees. The director of the company is illitarate. The siniors of management are uneducated.

No work life balance. No appraisal No skill development No extra benefits if worked on holidays You might have to work on Sunday's as well. 9am to 7 pm is official time, but due to workload you have to work till 8-8.30 without any benfits.

Very very wrost ..No single word to say about company clucture ...Very very poor managment .Only single person handling the compnay with a siingle fingue as controlling all policy with a very worst manner.

Very very terrible job journey with trans team ...All are bengali tiger ....Dont thing to be a team of this company ..If no job can do shop ya other thing but dont try here to spoil all your futher carrier .

Good environment, management and people colleages and the team where I found lot of job scope and opportunity to establish many things in right direction.

Saturday weekend is needed or either Thursday as factory is closed on Thursday.
