Good hike while joining. Office is located in city center but the tech park is not good. People from Finance onshore team will support when needed.

...LL THE TALK ABOUT EMPLOYEE CARE BY HR AND LEADERSHIP TEAM IS JUST A RHETORIC. There are NO benefits apart from salary. No cab No night shift allowance No internet reimbursement No allowance for home office set-up Too many terms and conditions in insurance policy Outdated laptops and poor quality headphones (At a time when the office is planning to call employees back the HR shamelessly says they are still working on Home Office set up benefits/allowance. What where they doing for the last 1 year 9 months? Instead of lying HR could have simply said that the company does not have any plan to provide such benefit.)

...eople are here to listen and allow you to progress with your career aspirations. Appraisals are good and there is bonus disbursement more than 100% as of now for consecutive years.

Good work environment. Work from Home policy is good. Good HR and leave policies.

Dislikes

... hectic that leads to imbalance in work life. Compensation is not upto the mark. Apart from Salary there is no benefits. Company didn't provided allowance for WFH.

Company wants you to move back and forth to different areas, and the pay is not enough. If they treated their employees better, maybe they would stay. Management needs to learn how to talk to the employees. Also they lied about the experience pay, Temps get paid more than the permanent people. And the company is not climate controlled, they say that to get you there.

Working at Trane Technologies was an eye opening experience, I got hands on training in what not to do as a Manager, Technical lead, managing head or even HR. It was like a corporate survival bootcamp, teaching me resilience in the most unexpected ways. Thanks to this I can now work in any company, no matter how stressful.

Dislikes

1. Women are paid less and favouritism is everywhere. If you hangout after work, have money, or belong to a certain group then you're treated better. 2. Public humiliation is a norm and disrespecting employees before others is just another day at work. 3. ZERO appreciation 4. People are purposely given difficult task just to break them down and later the one who assigns helps and takes credits. 5. You're not allowed to have your own opinion. Just agree and follow orders. 6. C/Ruby team is beyond Toxic. 7. The environment is so suffocating that people cry in washrooms but cant speak up. 8. There are no extra perks only higher officials gets to grow. 9. Honestly after experiencing this finding another job becomes even harder because the skill development opportunities are very limited. A truly TOXIC workplace that teaches survival more than success.
