a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

The HR Director have no respect for INDIANS

Dislikes

The Trags HR director don't like Indians and salary paid below your expectation. The current employees are most from UK( united kerla) who are best PUG. Termination comes by surprise and workload and workings hours are more than 10 hours and contract agreement will not match as Per Labour law which easily manipulate

100% Monopoly of Kerela people, specially christians. they don't prefer any other religion person like Hindus.... there is totally monopoly 80% for their relatives only. Harassment for other state people.

Company is good for self development n open to innovation n accept to adopt new n latest technology.it give an very open n free handed challanging opportunity with clients n customer n workforce.Mine is both office onshore n offshore project works. I finished my contract n happy to re-join them if any opportunity arrives....

Packages offered is fine but carriers development is very slow as Manager do not value an individual unique strengths which is why I backed up many time. No appreciation for achievement...but never informed appraisals strength even nagative ranking due to failure the system.
