Like salesman has to do production work, design person has to do procurement work, purchase person has to do account work. 3.No proper Management system. 4. For the smallest of work decision, one has to go to the Managing Director.

1. All departments runned by MD. 2. MD ka buttering karte raho, salary bhi increase ho jayega aur kaam bhi nhi karna padega. 3. Kitna bhi kaam kar lo, notice period ka salary nahh milega. 4. Kaam karo to thik, Chai le lo to uska bhi hisab dena hoga..!
