New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Every month they will deduct TDS from your salary and when you ask them Form 16 they say it is in process and they will never give, in case if you leave them then they will not even file your TDS and Apart from that forget about your FNF. They want an employee to serve the complete notice period but they don't want to release the FNF amount to anyone. I am following with them from past 7 months now and they are not responding to mails and phone calls. So finally i writing these review so that everyone is aware about their policy. actually they don't haver any policy.

...f this company. Tradologie hires people under the guise of a 3-month internship. After completing the internship, they tell you to continue working for the same salary, promising you'll be hired as an executive later. Don't fall for it. HR representatives Brijesh and Pratyush make false promises during the hiring process, and the company thrives on deceit. I also did an SEO internship here but neither received any substantial experience nor an internship certificate. The HR department is the biggest fraud, ruining the reputation of Tradologie. (BE AWARE).
