Less Salary HR department thinks that they are owner of the company No Work-Life Balance Appraisals are very very late and very very less according to market Working Environment is very very negative No Skill Development High Hierarchy No Cafeteria There is not a single facility for employees Some facilities, For Formality, are there but chargeable.
